The blooms of Spring are in full swing, and you know what that means: rosé season! Though we consider any day of the year a perfect day for pink wine, early Spring is typically when we see the new vintages of these endlessly food friendly wines released, and the weather certainly helps encourage us to open an extra bottle or three.
